If your sending your key to us rather then coming in to our shop then the first thing we will need is your details with a return address and description of the fault you are experiencing with your key thats needing repaired. Please write down your details on a piece of paper or if you have access to a printer then to make the job a bit easier you can just print out one of our job sheets above and fill it in.
STEP 2 – SENDING THE KEY
The next step is to send your key with your details to us. If your local then you could just bring your key to our shop yourself or you can send it to us through a courier service. Please NEVER put the key in an envelope and post it to us in the mail as it could get damaged so always use a trusted courier service. All keys we send back to anywhere in the world will have a tracking number included.
STEP 3 – KEY GETS REPAIRED
Once we receive your key we check it out to see what needs to be done and then email you with a quote first. After we receive confirmation from you we then proceed with the repair. Once repaired your key is tested many times to ensure the key is operating correctly. Once we are happy with the operation of the key we do the invoice. We aim to turn all repairs around within 24 hours.
